Question 1: Can I try the Internet before I buy?
Answer:  We provide unlimited access to the Internet for $19.95. The first month is free and there is no setup fee.  Even the most prolific user can make use of this benefit to accommodate his or her information needs. All you have to do is request an account and you will be contacted by our support personnel. Or, you can call us directly at (954) 360-0538 to get an account ID Number. 

Question 2: I'm concerned about my children accessing adult sites. What can I do?
Answer:  Our Internet CD comes with web software that can be configured to keep objectionable material from being accessed or received.

Question 1: How can I get a web page on the Internet?
Answer:  There are several ways, you can contract someone to build your page and setup your site or contract with a host and build your own site.

Question 2: What is the simplest way to get the job done myself?
Answer: You can purchase a "web hosting kit" and follow a clear set of instructions and have the page up with no experience.

Topic: Computer System Purchases

Question 1: When I purchase a system from you, will I need to buy anything else?
Answer:  Your purchase of our computer systems includes all the hardware and software you specified in your request for high speed access to the Internet. Additional applications are available for your specific requirements. 

Question 2: Will I need other applications?
Answer: That depends on your specific needs. For example, an accounting package can be added to your order so that you can manage your business affairs. If you need a tracking system to manage rental properties, it too can be included. With your purchase, we can provide "out of the box" or "customized" software solutions to accommodate your information processing needs.

Question: How can I get in on your digital pager bargains?
Answer:  You can purchase a numeric or alphanumeric pager at a reasonable price. The first three months or 1,000 pages are included in the purchase price. You may use this pager anywhere in the country. You are automatically notified, at no additional cost, when you need to renew your subscription. Renewals run about $30 for 1,000 pages.  Any unused pages are added to your renewal.

Question: How do I pay for my purchases?

When you receive the invoice for your purchase you will have the option of paying on-line by e-cash (electronic banking) or by credit card from a secure site. Your personal information is not given to any firm or solicitor. This is done as a convenience for you.
